Pictures from Margaret Lewis

Margaret Lewis sent us some pictures from one of their trips this year, to South Australia. On the trip they met up with Val Rivers (62/63) and they visited Maggie Beer's (of ABC-TV fame) Farm and Winery.

They also visited the tourist town of Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills.

Amongst the pictures Margaret sent, were a couple of the historic Paterson Tavern in the Hunter Valley, when Colin Huggins (62/63) passed through on the way to the PNGAA AGM in May.

    Well done Bill.
    For those who imbibe in the delightful brown amber liquid, 4XXXX beer at this historic Tavern at Paterson is cheaper than what they charge in establishments, "North of the Tweed"! The wine selection for the connoisseurs of the grape is first rate and not over priced.
    The food is also of excellent quality - it's no wonder Rod Hard and friends enjoy a holiday in this great area. The "secret" of Paterson has now been outed! Sorry Rod.
